  • Marc Desisto, Director of Instruction

Marc is the local guy that grew up in Richmond, but for the last 25 years he has been teaching golf. From South Florida to Northern Michigan he has been helping his students enjoy the game and the experience of playing golf. Through this time he has been able to study under some of the greats like Toski, Jerry Hogan and Dick Farley to name a few. His students range from beginners to top tour pros of various ages.

  • Jimmy Napolitano, Director of Golf

Originally from Phillipsburg, New Jersey, Jimmy moved to Richmond and attended Godwin High School. He then attended Averett University playing football for 5 years and earning a Sports Management Degree. Jimmy started his golf career as the Assistant Golf Professional after passing his PAT in December of 2012.

He has been teaching golf for 4 years and works with golfers of all skills sets. His instructing philosophy is centered on strong fundamentals beginning with grip and setup. He enjoys using his knowledge of the golf swing and his personality to allow his students the best golf experience possible. As a former teacher, Jimmy loves giving his students/clients drills for homework to enrich and reiterate the skills learned.

  • Adam Boucher, Head Golf Professional

Born in St. Catharine’s, Ontario Canada in 1984, Adam’s first love is hockey. He began playing golf at the age of 6, thanks to his father being an avid golfer. While attending Becker College, Adam maintained the #1 spot all four years. In 2009 he decided to move to Virginia to begin his career in golf.

Adam has been teaching golf since 2010. He is the leader of our PGA Junior League and Junior Summer Camps. His strengths in teaching are swing plane and tempo.
